This web site of HDCoin Limited accessed through this site (collectively "Web Site") and the services provided therein shall only be available to user seeking employment (Candidate) or user seeking employees or advertisers and be subject to the Privacy Statement  and the Terms and Conditions (which are set out below). If you do not accept either or both the Privacy Statement  and the Terms and Conditions, please do not use the Web Site. Upon your acceptance of the Privacy Statement and the Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions shall be binding upon you. HDCoin Limited may revise the Privacy Statement and the Terms and Conditions at anytime without prior notice. You are advised to periodically review the Privacy Statement and the Terms and Conditions. Your access to the Web Site and the HDCoin Limited’s services will be terminated upon your notice to HDCoin Limited that any change is unacceptable; otherwise your continued use shall constitute your acceptance of all changes and they shall be binding upon you.

1. Acceptable Web Site Uses

  1. Candidate agrees that he/she shall only use the Web Site for lawful purposes and seeking employment. Candidate may send his/her résumé directly to any Employer who advertises on or through the Web Site. Alternatively, Candidate may send his/her résumé to HDCoin Limited through the Web Site in reply to any job advertisement. In such event, Candidate's résumé will also remain active on the Web Site and be stored in the HDCoin Limited's database at his/her own risk unless and until he/she chooses to delete it. Candidate acknowledges and agrees that his/her résumé may be accessed by Employer who has registered with HDCoin Limited for the sole purpose of obtaining and assessing the suitability of Candidate. HDCoin Limited also reserves the right to edit any Candidate’s résumé as it sees appropriate to achieve the purpose stated herein and to erase any personal data which HDCoin Limited reasonably believes that such data are inaccurate having regard to the purpose (including any directly related purpose) for which the data are or are to be used.

    HDCoin Limited will not release Candidate's personal data to any Employer without his/her permission. HDCoin Limited will not be responsible or held liable in any way if any Employer, in breach of the Terms and Conditions, whether in New Zealand or elsewhere, use the Candidate's personal data for any use other than for obtaining potential employees. Candidate accepts that personal data given to Employer or other users are given entirely at his/her own risk. Also, HDCoin Limited reserves the right to terminate any services to any Candidate should it become aware of any breach by any Employers and/or Candidates.

  2. Candidate agrees not to use the Web Site for any of the following purposes which are expressly prohibited:-

    1. Candidate shall not post any non- résumé related information and/or incomplete, false or inaccurate résumé related information.
    2. Candidate shall not respond to any employment opportunity for any reason other than to apply for the job advertised and Employer shall not respond to any student other than in connection with his/her application for a job.
    3. All users shall not print, download, duplicate or otherwise copy or use any personally identifiable information about other users save and except the Database or/and Résumé accessed by the Employer pursuant to Clause 1.a. as above. All unsolicited communications of any type to users is strictly prohibited.
    4. Candidate shall not delete or revise any material posted by any other person or entity.
    5. Candidates are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the Web Site including, without limitation to, accessing data not intended for them or logging into a server or account which they are not authorized to access, attempting to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network or attempting to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization, attempting to interfere with service to any user, host or network or sending unsolicited e-mail, including promotions and/or advertising of products or services. Violations of system or network security may result in civil and/or criminal liabilities.
    6. Candidate shall not use the Web Site for transmitting, distributing or storing material in violation of any applicable law or regulation, or in any manner that may infringe the copyright, trademark, trade secrets or other intellectual property rights of others or violate the privacy or publicity or other personal rights of others, or that is libelous, obscene, threatening, abusive or hateful.
    7. All information posted on HDCoin Limited is reserved for the purpose of personal job search of eligible students of participating institutions. Reproducing the information on any other platforms (online or offline) in any forms (as-is or amended) is strictly prohibited. Candidates profiting personally in monetary terms (including as hired contractor/employee on a full time/part time/freelance basis) by providing information on HDCoin Limited to third parties would be subjected to disciplinary actions from the Management Committee of HDCoin Limited. Any third parties who extract information from HDCoin Limited for commercial purposes would be subjected to legal actions.

2. Copyright, Trademarks etc.

The graphics, images, editorial content and HTML on the Web Site are the intellectual property of HDCoin Limited and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and may not be downloaded or otherwise duplicated without the express written permission of HDCoin Limited. Re-use of any of the foregoing is strictly prohibited and HDCoin Limited reserves all rights.

3. Responsibility

HDCoin Limited may not monitor its Web Site at all times but reserves the right to do so. HDCoin Limited takes no responsibility whatsoever for any material input by any user or others and not posted by HDCoin Limited. All users acknowledge and agree that they are fully responsible for the form, content and accuracy of any résumé, advertisement, web page or material contained therein placed by them (as the case may be). HDCoin Limited shall not be responsible for the content of any other web sites linked to the Web Site; links are provided as Internet navigation tools only. HDCoin Limited shall not be responsible in any way for any decision, for whatever reason, made by any party seeking or posting jobs on the Web Site.
